DepositTo guarantee your room, a deposit is required equal to your first night's stay. During premium periods and winter weekends, the deposit is in the amount of the minimum stay portion of your visit. You may make that deposit with your Visa, MasterCard or Discover card on the telephone; or by mailing a check to us at least three weeks prior to your check-in (5 weeks for international checks). CancellationCancellations for one and two night stays made at least 48 hours prior to check-in time will receive a deposit refund in the form of a voucher equal to the full amount of the deposit and good for a full year beyond your original check-in date. Cancellations for holiday periods, run-of-house, and longer stays made at least seven days in advance of check-in time will also be entitled to a voucher equal to the full amount of your deposit; good for a year. Cancellations after these times will result in the deposit being forfeited. Arrivals/DeparturesCheck-in begins at 3 p.m. Check-out is at 11 a.m. PaymentPayment may be made by cash, travelers' checks, or with Visa, MasterCard or Discover cards. Personal checks are only accepted for deposits as described above. For those rare times where cash payments are preferred, please be advised that because of the nature of our business, we have no cash on hand ... so your innkeeper may have to make change for you the following day. Minimum StayThere are no restrictions on the length of your stay with the following exceptions:
BreakfastA full breakfast is served from 7:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. Just tell us the day before what time you'd like to eat within that period and we'll make sure the coffee is hot and your breakfast is ready. You are responsible to advise us in advance when you make your reservation of any allergies or other dietary restrictions. SmokingThe Anton-Walsh House has a no smoking policy throughout its dining room, guestrooms, and common areas with the exception of the Library where a HEPA filtration unit can help ensure the comfort of nonsmoking guests. PetsNo pets are allowed.
